Shipping Policy – Hayjay Gold UK
At Hayjay Gold UK, we aim to deliver your genuine 18K–24K solid gold pieces safely and on time. All orders are packaged with care to protect your jewelry during transit.
📦 Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
🇬🇧 UK Shipping
We ship from the UK.
Standard Shipping - unfortunately we don’t do standard delivery because our item can’t be risked.We only do special delivery which you should receive the next day we confirm your order.

However,some items are pre order which will definitely arrive two weeks after the confirmation of payment but shipping fee remains the same as we only do special delivery.
All orders come with tracking, which will be emailed to you as soon as your package is dispatched.
🌍 International Shipping
We currently ship to selected countries outside the UK.
Delivery time:
7–14 business days (depending on location)
International shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.
Note:
Customs or import duties (if any) are the customer’s responsibility.

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to your email so you can follow your package until it arrives.

🛍 Lost or Stolen Packages
If the carrier marks your package as delivered but you didn’t receive it:
- Contact the delivery carrier first
- Then email us and we will support you in resolving it
We are not responsible for lost or stolen parcels once marked delivered.
