We reserve the right to update prices at any time.
We accept secure payment methods provided at checkout (Shopify Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Credit/Debit Cards, etc.).
Fraudulent orders will be cancelled.
4. Shipping
By placing an order, you agree to the shipping timelines and policies provided in our Shipping Policy.
Hayjay Gold UK is not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs.
5. Return & Exchange
For purity and authenticity reasons,we do not accept return and exchange on any of our gold jewellery.
This protects every customer from receiving used or previously mis-handled gold jewelry.
However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24–48 hours with photos and we will resolve it.

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct and complete delivery address.
We are not responsible for packages sent to the wrong address entered at checkout.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once the courier marks your package as delivered, we are no longer responsible for loss or theft.
Customers must contact the delivery carrier for assistance.
We will support you where possible.
8. Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be cancelled after they have been processed or shipped.
